*TEST ITEMS FOR PLASTIC PALLET*

Samples for various performance tests:
1.Place the samples at a constant temperature environment of 20 ℃ for 48 hr.
2.Bring the samples out and perform the test at a room temperature environment.

TEST OBJECTIVES

1.To test the bending resistance capability of
the plastic pallet under a specific load.

2.To test the bending resistance capability of
the leg portion of the plastic pallet.

3.To test the impact resistance of the plastic
pallet.

4.The bottom deck bending test: To test the
bending resistance capability of the bottom
deck under a specific load.

TEST ITEMS FOR PLASTIC PALLET

1-1. Bending test

Objective: To test the bending resistance of the plastic pallet under a specific load

Test conditions

Control standard

According to CNS8170 test 5.2 specifications on pallet

◎Load: Based on 1.25 times of the maximum load

◎Span: Overall length bending test of pallet

◎Deflection rate of less than 1.5%

◎Residual deflection rate of less than 0.5%

1-2. Bending test

Objective: To test the bending resistance of the plastic pallet’s on rack under a specific load

Test condition

Test control value

According to of CNS8170 test 5.2 specifications on pallet

◎Deformation amount: Within 15 mm

◎Residual deformation amount: Within 0.5% of the support span

2.Compression test of plallet feet part：

Objective: To test the bending resistance of the plastic pallet’s leg portion

Test condition

Control standard

According to CNS 8170 test 5.1 specifications on pallet

◎Load: Based on 1.1 times of the maximum load

◎Deformation rate of less than 4 mm

3.Corner drop test：

Objective: To test the impact resistance of the plastic pallet

Test condition

Control standard

According to CNS 8170 test 5.4 specifications on pallet

◎Height: Falling on each corner of the pallet three times at a height of 500 mm

◎No breaking and a deformation rate of less than 1% on the diagonal length

4.Bottom deck bending test:

Objective: To test the bending resistance of the bottom deck under a specific load

Test condition

Control standard

According to CNS 8170 test 5.3 specifications on pallet

◎Load: Based on 1.15 times of the maximum load

1.Deflection rate of less than 2.5%(A)

2.Deflection rate of less than 8%(B)
